This classic informational movie, Ingenuity in Action, was produced by Hot Rod Magazine in 1958 to explain how to prepare and enter a race car into a NHRA sanctioned drag race. The music, characters and narration is Leave it to Beaver like, very innocent yet entertaining.
It’s from an era when the race cars were basically built in a buddy’s garage with junkyard parts and good ol’ Yankee ingenuity, I love that.
