The super secret US Grand Prix Engineering team has announced that YouTube co-founder and CEO Chad Hurley will be one of the team’s primary investors. Chad sold the popular video sharing website for $1.65 billion to Google in 2006. USGPE said that Hurley will also bring his outside experience to the team to help with its corporate strategy and media planning going forward. USPGE, which was founded by Ken Anderson and Peter Windsor, has 20 employees, and is slated to make its Grand Prix debut in 2010. The car is being produced in Charlotte, North Carolina and may be finished by October 2009.
